Frequently Asked Questions

What is our shipping policy?

  • Shipping timeframe is 7-10 business days; this does not include weekends or holidays.
  • All shipping is done through USPS.
  • We are not responsible for your package once it has been dropped off to USPS and you've received your tracking number.
  • If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS and provide them with the tracking number.
  • If package is not delivered due to incorrect address, buyer will be contacted and must repay shipping fee to have items shipped again.
  • We will not refund or remake items lost by USPS.
  • If damaged and/or broken from our lack in packaging your item(s) we will remake your item(s) at 50% off after we've seem proof of damaged item.

What is our return policy?

At Sunshine Today we provide ready to ship and custom orders for our valued customers.

If you purchase a ready to ship item you have 30 days from purchase date to return.

If your order is custom, all sales are final and we do not accept returns unless we are at fault, such as wrong size, spelling, damage, etc.  If your items arrive damaged or inaccurate items, please send us an email at shopsunshinetoday@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

What is our privacy policy?

Sunshine Today values our customers privacy. We will never exploit your information, and will be sure to ask in advance for permission to post your likeness on social media.
